Stating the Obvious

I just went past the bookmakers down at the little parade of shops a few minutes walk from my house. A sign on the door said:

“OVER 18s ONLY

NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES”

Drugs? Surely that goes without saying.
