Vote BNP!
Richardstheone
I’m good, thanks
Mendal05
Continue to vote for Blue Labour, then.
The real, traditional conservatives are the British National Party.
Richardstheone
Well, I'd much rather vote for a credible alternative then a party who beats up old folk who disagree with your office being in their town (Welling Library, 1989; you should look it up).
Anyone else think Mr. Griffin in the video is doing a frightening Hitler impression, what with the desk and regalia an' all? (I have attached a still – with an ironic caption – at the top of the blog post)
I'm sorry I can't jump on your bandwagon so easily.
Mendal05
Yikes - A 20 year old event! You are aware that the BNP went through a complete reform in 1999 and 95% of their current membership joined after that reform? The BNP of the 80's & 90's no longer exists.
No I didn't think Mr Griffin looked like Hitler, because he bears no resemblance to a psychotic dead tyrant from the 1940's.
So should I from now on be wary of any politician who speaks from behind a desk laden with office 'regalia'? They could be the re-embodiment of Hitler, according to you.
Richardstheone
20 years ago it may be, but not a single "mainstream" party to my knowledge would even dare to covertly attend a meeting of the opposition with the intent of inflicting violence upon them just because they disagreed with a particular point of view. Isn't that what a totalitarian, authoritarian dictatorship does, to suppress differing opinions. This may happen in communist China, North Korea and Burma but it certainly should not happen in a western democracy. Ever.
If we skip the Nazism point and go onto the issue of the racist BNP; how can it be said that you are "no longer racist"? The BNP constitution states that it is: "Committed to restoring, by legal changes, negotiation and consent, the overwhelmingly white makeup of the British population that existed in Britain prior to 1948"
How are you going to do that without racist discrimination? Will you tell all the white people to have kids and not any other people? Or would you rather pick people out on the basis of their creed and say "on your bike"? It's not 1948 any more, I think the BNP should wake up to that. It's discriminatory and we as a people should be better then that.
So when will you start repatriating all black people, even if they were born here? Back to "bongo land" for them, I assume?
Mendal05
Like I said, the days of threatening the opposition are long gone. Read my previous comment, the party was reformed, much of the 'old BNP' no longer exists.
We want to preserve the identity of Great Britain. Part of our identity is being white, that is what the British people are. So yes, we are committed to making sure Britain retains its 'white makeup'. It is not 'racist' to want to make sure an indigenous people retain their homeland, quite the opposite.
Would you agree that invading and taking the homeland of the natives Americans was a cruel thing to do? Does the same not apply here?
We would offer volunatry repatriation to all immigrants, black white or Asian. Then after halting all further immigration, we would then deport all illegal and criminal immigrants from Great Britain.
That is our policy - It is not at all 'racist'.
Richardstheone
In regards to Welling - a leopard never changes it’s spots. If we take the argument that British people are white, what about British people who are black? Whose parents were descended from immigrants but were born in Britain? In my eyes, these people came over to our island for a better life, and who are we to turn them away by giving them one look and saying “you’re not black” and turning them away?
Any discrimination against a particular section of the population whether it be because they are black, or “non-white”, their gender or sexuality in a free, decent country like Britain is unacceptable.
Have you thought of the economic damage halting all immigration would do to this country? As long as someone who comes here from overseas to work and live legitimately, and the flow of immigrants is to the extent that public services can be expanded in line to be able to cope, then I have no problem whatsoever. Becoming a closed-border county like North Korea is not the answer.
Also, why do you think it appropriate to use a Conservative Party hero such as Winston Churchill in your election propaganda? It seems to me like an attempt to pluck the heartstrings of the nation in order to give credence to your message; surely your policies should be enough? Please don’t emotionally blackmail the electorate.
Mendal05
What leopard? What spots?
Black people can be civically British, but not ethnically. Have you seen a white Chinese person? Have you seen a white Pakistani? Let's say two Italians have a child, is that child not Italian like their parents?
BNP repatriation policy is voluntary. Those immigrants who wish to stay here and contribute to our society would be welcome to stay. The only people who would be forced to leave are illegal and criminal immigrants.
There is a limit to the amount of people who should be allowed in this country and that limit was crossed long ago. It is not discrimination to tell people this country is full and that it is not fair on local people to allow this invasion to continue.
When you deduct all the expenses that come with mass-immigration you are left with a weekly profit that would amount to the price of a Mars bar. Then you must consider the strain on society immigration has caused and the fact we the most overpopulated country in Europe.
The BNP don't want to become like North Korea. We would allow people to come and go but we would not allow masses of people to continue settling in Great Britain.
Winston Churchill would be banned from the Conservative party if he were to repeat his beliefs publicly
On immigration he remarked that he had considered blocking all immigration to Britain because he feared a growing "coloured population" was posing a threat to Britain's social stability.
Churchill told Cabinet colleagues that he did not "want a parti-coloured UK." At a Cabinet meeting on February 3, 1954, the prime minister told colleagues "Problems will arise if many coloured people settle here. Are we to saddle ourselves with colour problems in UK?"
Churchill said immigrants were attracted to Britain by the welfare state and he said "Public opinion in UK won't tolerate it once it gets beyond certain limits."
He was also greatly opposed to Islam and the European Union. So all in all, he was not really the Tory-type of today's modern Conservative party.
Richardstheone
Surely if Churchill said these things as you say he did, why would the modern Conservative Party have his bust on display as "Britain's greatest wartime Prime Minister", along with Mrs. Thatcher as "Britain's greatest peacetime Prime Minister" in their own headquarters? That said, I'd like to see the BNP's solutions to the recession; the hard-left solutions I've read so far of nationalisation, protectionism and abolition of the free market which is the fundamental behind rising wages are not particularly appealing, nor would they help us out of this mess. It's all very well with the soundbite "British Jobs for British Workers" but could you deliver a strong economy with this?
Mendal05
No. Its not 'if' he said these things - he did say them.
The Conservatives use him as a trophy when in reality he would have had nothing to do with them if alive today. They are completely ignorant when it comes to the truth about what Churchill really believed in and who he would have sympathised with if around today.
Search 'BNP economic plicy' on Google to read their plan.
Richardstheone
Oh, I did perform that Google search. It's truly frightening. So you'll be rid of the supermarkets that have actually helped toward cheaper food for consumers throughout the Twentieth Century. It's racist to discriminate against whites but not racist to repatriate all blacks. Didn't "Blue Labour" say the same thing about Inheritance tax as you did back in 2007? And you'll halve school bills by turning Britain into an Aryan society that believes it is better then us by ditching multiculturalism (which is important for racial tolerance, especially in the young) and therefore allowing a superiority complex to develop in schoolchildren who would know no different? Nice.
While we're on the subject, what's with the Youth BNP? The guy on the YouTube channel can't be older then 13. Is it a mantra of "indoctrinate 'em while they're young?"
Mendal05
No we wouldn't get rid of supermarkets, but we would encourage more small businesses.
Who ever talked about repatriating all blacks? Where did you get that from?
Aryan society? Again, where did you pull that from?
Multiculturalism has all but ruined this country. It has eroded much of our own identity and has caused much tension.
You simply can not fill a small island up with every tribe, race, religion and nationality the world has on offer. It doesn't work People dont like.
If every country can have its own unique identity, why can't Britain? Why must we invite the entire world in and have our own way of life pushed out??
Richardstheone
I got the quote about repatriating all blacks from your esteemed leader. The Aryan society idea comes from that of a British white master-race, as would emerge if we were to follow the BNP’s core ideology of white British people first and the disregard of multiculturalism education in schools. Because, even if immigrants "take all our jobs and benefits", we should not look upon them as lesser people - as President Kennedy said: "We all inhabit this small planet; we all breathe the same air...". Another commenter on my profile also interestingly (and aptly) said that the policy of "restoring the white makeup of the British population that existed prior to 1948" is a policy of ethnic cleansing - I don't know if we'd go to the lengths Yugoslavia did but how can you think less of people from other cultures who, rightly or wrongly, want to come to Britain for reasons their own? Only intolerant people “don’t like”.
